7 DAYS RETURN/ REPLACEMENT

7 days to return your product to us from the date it was received. Kindly make sure you have the following to ensure a smooth return process:

1. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
2. All accessories that are part of the order must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
3. A valid proof of purchase & valid reason which eligible for 1-1 replacement
4. Any defects that have 4 dead pixels or more for all gaming monitors
5. Returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions may result in rejection or the product(s) to be shipped back to you which the shipping cost is at buyer's expenses.

To make a Return/ 1-1 Replacement claim, kindly contact our customer support/ authorised dealer.

1- 1 REPLACEMENT

If you make a warranty claim within the first 7 days from date of received, with valid proof of purchase & valid reason which eligible for replacement. Titan Army will replace your Product with a new unit. Thereafter, TItan Army limited warranty may offer repair or replace the product with refurbished unit within the warranty period (3 years)

Care+ may offer new unit or replace product with refurbished unit throughout the warranty period (3+1 years) without repair pending time.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Titan Army Limited Warranty offer only 3 years warranty start from the date of purchased

Care+ offer 3+1 years warranty start from the date of purchased*

CARE+

Care+ package must be add-on during purchase/ transaction of the monitor

DEAD PIXELS

You may make a claim under the Titan Army Limited Warranty. Our Warranty covers defects that have 4 dead pixels or more for all gaming monitors within the warranty period.

Care+ offer to do 1-1 replacement even with only 1 dead pixel*

ACCESSORIES & PARTS

Only applicable for Care+ package, Include accessories or parts items such as cables, plugs, power-adaptors, buttons, controller, backlight, appearance defect etc.

TERMS

This warranty covers Titan Army product only. Unless expressly written, this does not include bundled accessories or parts items such as batteries, cables, plugs, adaptors, buttons, controller, backlight, appearance damaged etc.

Within the warranty period, Titan Army will perform repair or replacement of defects in manufacturing malfunction or parts covered by this warranty. Gaming Monitors are covered for 3 years.

This warranty shall be deemed null and void if:
1. The Product is damaged due to transportation, fall, weather, temperatures, misuse, improper use and modifications, mishandling or negligence
2. The Product is damaged as a result of natural disasters
3. The Product is damaged as a result of connection to inconsistent voltage sources.
4. The Product is damaged as a result of user failed to follow instruction or improper installation. Wear and tear or damage factor by user.
5. The Product is altered, modified and repaired by a party not authorized by Titan Army Malaysia
6. Cannot provide the sales receipt or purchase proof or the invoice is lost, damaged or tampered.
7. The Warranty period has expired.

The warranty does not cover:
1. Installation of software
2. Parts requiring replacement due to normal wear and tear, corrosion, minor cosmetic abnormalities (dents, cracks, stains) including expendable or consumable parts.
3. Products where the model number or serial number has been removed, altered from Product.
4. Defects or damage arising from computer virus attacks
5. Defects or damage caused by the use of third party optional products in conjunction with the product including software, batteries, etc.
6. Claims arising from any unacceptable use or care of the Product, including (without limitation) misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification or repair, unauthorized commercial use or any operation of the Product outside Titan Army's recommended parameters;
7. Light bleeding, colour fade and light patches
Titan Army does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

On-site Pickup/ Exchange service, if applicable, applies only to product with valid claim reason & with its original box / packaging

Warranty claim, if applicable, applies only to location within Malaysia.

To make a warranty claim, kindly contact our customer support/ authorised dealer. Returns that do not meet the requirement may result in rejection or the product(s) to be shipped back to you, which the shipping cost is at buyer's expenses.

Repaired and / or replaced Products or part thereof will be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period, except where attributable to misuse, physical damage, accidents, unauthorized repair and/or modifications made by a person other than Titan Army Malaysia

In the event the Product cannot be repaired,Titan Army Malaysia shall at its own discretion, either provide you with a credit note or replace the Product with another of similar value. In case the Product is discontinued, the replacement shall be an equivalent product either new or refurbished, in which the amount or value shall take into account the depreciation of the Product.

WARRANTY

Warranty applies only to Titan Army products purchased through authorized distributors & reseller in Malaysia with valid purchased proof.
